Nokia has officially declared that it has signed an accord to buy Motally Inc., a privately-held US-based company. Motally offers mobile analytics service in-application tracking and reporting, and is planned to enable developers and publishers to optimize the development of their mobile applications through increased understanding of how users engage. The purpose to acquire Motally appears that Nokia wants to familiarize itself for Qt, Symbian, Meego and Java developers, and Nokia plans to continue serving Motally's existing customer base.
