Google is now a days offering the big salaries to its employees to stop mass migration to Facebook. On the other end Facebook is striving hard to hire the best talent from Google. Facebook has already gain success in its efforts by recruiting Google Android product Manager. And the process is not stop here, according to the LinkedIn, 118 Google engineers have already joined the Facebook. Now Google is seriously thinking about the counter efforts to secure its pool of talent.
