We know Apple will launch its social network site Ping in early September which will be integrated with iTunes 10, considered many it as an attempt by Apple to compete with facebook. According to the business insider that Apple has tried to get Ping to become an integral part of Facebook : Apple and Facebook was, in negotiations for 18 months without being able to reach a common agreement.
