The Company Ortustech has announced the world's smallest full hd screen 4.8 inches with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The new LCD panel will be the joint venture of Casio Computer and Toppan Printing.The Ortustechs screen come up to 458 ppi by pushing 1920x1080 pixels which is amazing when you compare that to the lauded 326ppi of iPhone 4's Retina display.
