T-Mobile USA has finally announced the Samsung Galaxy S 4G android smartphone. The new t-mobile galaxy s 4G will have 21Mbps HSPA + radio. The HSPA is an evolution of UMTS 3G protocol that allows to reach the theoretical speed of 21 Mbit / s.
