The final version of iOS 4.3 GM for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad, iPod touch 4G/3G has been announced and available for download.But only the registered iPhone developer can access it by loggin into iOS Dev Center. The final version of iOS 4.3 will be available publically on 11th March in US, along with iPad 2.
